Exchange

Cozy Intentions, has our customers satisfaction in our hearts! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will do everything we can to ensure excellent customer service. Please review our simple exchange policy for more information.

Items can be exchanged for online credit only, 15day exchange policy with receipt. Items must remain unwashed, unworn and all tags attached.

Please note *Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.
Sale items are final sale, no exceptions, please read the description of every item before you purchase, some items may need to size up and some down - we are trying to make the changes for the sizing on our next runs, you can always email us for questions on sizing.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end.
All items are inspected and shipped in excellent condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you do not contact us about the issue within the 3 days we will not be able to help you with this issue. Please make sure to inspect your items as soon as they are delivered, again – your satisfaction is important to us!
The shipping costs will be covered by the customer if items are exchanged for reasons other than damaged goods.
